Master electrician as workshop manager for electrical engineering / building services (m/f/d)

Our client is a long-term established company in the field of electrical engineering / electrical engineering building equipment. The successful and economically healthy operation mainly works with industrial existing customers and stands for reliability and quality. On the exclusive order of our customer, we are looking for a master electrical engineering (m/w/d) for the management of the workshop.

As a workshop manager (m/w/d), you take over a key position in the company. You combine organization, technology and team control and ensure the smoothest possible processes. Depending on the experience, you also take responsibility in the course of the company training and in the calculation of existing customer orders. Due to a regulated incorporation by the technical manager, you can also grow into these topics. We are therefore aimed at experienced workshop managers (m/w/d), as well as ambitious people from workshop or project management with interest in further professional development.

Management and organisation of the workshop including capacity, appointment and resource planning to ensure smooth running Coordination of work preparation and material provision for construction sites and service operations in close coordination with the project management leadership, deployment planning and further development of the workshop team including instruction, prioritization and support in technical issues Depending on experience: Training responsibility in the workshop and support in the calculation of existing customer requests Ensuring quality standards, testing routines and documentation in the workshop area and monitoring of Interface to Purchasing, Warehouses, Project Teams and External Partners with the aim to sustainably increase delivery, order and schedule

Insufficient technical training, preferably electronic engineer for energy and building technology and further training to the electrical engineering master, industrial master electrical engineering or comparable (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the electrotechnical environment, ideally building technology / TGA, e.g. in the workshop, project management or construction management, in assembly coordination or as an overmonger (m/w/d) Organizational talent with communication strength and independent working Interest in responsible leadership and personality
