Support in the medical service: You accompany our doctors in business, admission, dismissal as well as Konsilen and assist in new arrivals of patients. Anamnese and patient recording: You independently raise the medical anamnese and assist in the reception of our patients. Date management: You coordinate the appointments of doctors and ensure a smooth process. Documentation and reporting: You take over the documentation as well as the preparation and dispatch of medical reports, dismissals and other correspondence. Administrative activities: You perform general administrative and organizational tasks in the daily business.

You have a completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) or a medical assistant (m/w/d). You like to work in the team, are friendly, reliable and enjoy dealing with patients. You have good knowledge of medical terminology and a secure spelling. You safely handle computer systems and work in a structured manner in clear processes.
