Your role To be able to produce our highly complex products, it requires a variety of processes and data that are heavily interwoven. These processes must be developed, data flows modelled, data management solutions developed and analysis systems provided. That's what we do! As a group management data analysis and data processes (m/w/x) a team of highly qualified employees is leading the implementation of our data strategy in development and production by developing data processes and designing, developing and providing systems for the organization and analysis of process and product data.

You'll... a highly motivated development team of approximately 8-15 employees in the field of data management processes and data analyses professionally, organizationally and disciplinaryly lead

Together with their team and their colleagues, the SMT will further develop into a process and data-driven company

actively shape the group's strategic and professional orientation in coordination with stakeholders, production, projects and the SMT roadmap and thus lead its team to success

identify, deploy or develop the necessary skills and resources of the group as required and introduce their own expertise and methods into projects

Ensure professional development results including documentation, reviews and reporting

You have... a university degree in the STEM area very well completed, with a doctorate

distinct leadership skills as well as proven experience in managing and managing teams and/or projects

Fun to motivate employees, steer targeted and form a group into a powerful team

a viable and decision-making working style and skill in dealing with conflicts

an above-average communication strength in German and English

multiannual experience in the development of technologically complex systems and/or production processes
