As a junior building manager in civil engineering, you are directly on the construction site and make sure that our projects are implemented according to plan. You coordinate processes, control appointments and budgets and work closely with your team and customers. You develop professionally and take more responsibility in exciting projects step by step. • Management of construction projects in the field of earth and civil engineering at low to medium-voltage level • Planning and coordination of measures in close cooperation with the project management • Ensuring compliance with building specifications (cost, time and quality) • Close and trusted cooperation with customers as well as internal and external contacts • Implementation of measurement work and transmission and further processing in AutoCad • Creating plans and drawings in AutoCad • Creation of construction times and dimensions • Documentation and inventory of construction projects • Organisation and coordination of construction projects (material, storage facilities and subcontractors) • Auditing of invoices and performance certificates • Assessment of opportunities and risks

• Successfully completed vocational training or study with technical background and ideally technical reference to civil engineering • Preferentially first experience in the management of construction teams and development of construction projects • German language skills • Valid driving licence and readiness to travel regularly on construction sites (day pendulum area) • Priority in the low and medium voltage range is desirable or the commitment to work on it • Responsibility, team and communication skills as well as independent working
