You take over the independent billing of charges for a defined group of employees and ensure that your colleagues receive their salary on time and legally guaranteed each month. In doing so, you have all tax, social insurance and tariff regulations in mind and apply our AVR DD tariff system safely. Invoicing-relevant features such as one-time payments, allowances, special payments, short-terms, payment of pay, parental leave, parental leave, retirement period and exits can be evaluated and implemented reliably. The personnel master files are in your best hands. You check and maintain these carefully and ensure a high quality of the data entrusted to you. Certificates, reports, statistics and evaluations are prepared by you professionally correctly and delivered to the respective recipients as required. Employees, executives and external bodies will find a contact person in you who can provide information competently in complex issues such as pay, taxes and social security. Examinations of pension insurance, the tax office, the internal and external revision will prepare you independently and will support you on the test date by professional assistance. You work closely and trustfully with colleagues in the fields of labour law, controlling and finance. You actively participate in the further development and digitization of the billing of charges, in particular in the context of KIDICAP, ATOSS and the digital personnel file, and enrich the project teams with your knowledge and experience. Observe the accounting processes, identify sources of errors, risks and optimization potentials and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

You have completed commercial training with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification. You have several years of practical experience in the independent pay bill. You can build on secure knowledge of tax and social security law as well as a thorough understanding of tariff regulations. Ideally you know the AVR DD. With a billing system such as KIDICAP or SAP HCM, you go routined. A strong numerical understanding and quality awareness as well as a high detail accuracy characterize your operation. You can legally safely arrange accounting-relevant facts and decide independently. You will also remain structured, reliable and responsible under time pressure. Your discussion partners can rely on your discretion. You make binding agreements and communicate professionally at all levels. Interest in optimizing our processes and in digital further development within the pay bill is another plus for you.
