The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutions to the buildings of customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we shape the way to climate-neutral real estate management.

The department is responsible for the supervision of safety authorities.

What are your priorities?

• Accompanying third-party companies on security properties of the Bundesanstalt in various trade unions
• Accompanying and supporting various teams of the team, especially in the case of hazardous work, where the presence of a second person is indispensable
• Implementation of simple craft activities in various trades, including
• Execution of minor repair work, e.g. minor plumbing work, lock work
• Exchange and oil of locks
• Grease and grease of slides and hydrants
• Cleaning of Gully inserts and channels
• other artisanal work, e.g. the elimination of small defects in offices related to risk assessment
• House and court works, including
• Cleaning of the farm, the green areas and the paths
• Cleaning of garbage and containers
• Implementation of garden care
• if applicable, snow and smooth control on the areas before and on the property during the service period
• Transport work, including
• With the help of the drive-off of deciduous, haunted and inconsistent vehicles
• Transport of consumables
• Furniture transports
