Working student - HR (m/f/d)

You support our business partner team with varied administrative and organizational HR topics – from entry to exit of our employees. You take care of our employee recommendation program on your own and develop it with us. As part of our sponsorship program, you actively accompany the onboarding of new colleagues. You are part of exciting, team-wide HR projects (e.g. around trainee programs) and can contribute your own ideas.

You are currently enrolled in a study of economic psychology, economics, human resources management or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the HR environment or in administrative activities. You convince by your structured way of working, communication strength and your interest in actively shaping HR processes. A friendly, professional appearance as well as pleasure in working together in the team are yours. You are safe in handling MS Office; first experiences with HR systems are advantageous.
