Supporting shift management in leadership, development and support of employees and promoting effective teamwork in everyday production Cooperation in the planning and control of personnel, material and machine use to comply with production requirements Implementing regular checks, identification of deviations and implementation of appropriate corrective measures Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards and internal operating guidelines Operational cooperation in the ongoing production process to support the team Ensuring efficient information flow and promoting cross-departmental cooperation Representation of shift management in absence

Complete training in the food sector or comparable qualification with several years of experience in food production Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a comparable position Knowledge of production processes, machine operation, quality control and hygiene standards willingness to participate actively in operational production operations and at the same time take responsibility for leadership Ability to guide employees motivatingly and empathically, paired with team-oriented and cooperative behavior Self-employed, structured working with high sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality Solid PC knowledge: Safe handling of MS Office required; Advantageous knowledge of CSB/SAP
