Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of property and rental management teams
• Professional advice and coaching of your employees in all aspects of daily work. You have an open ear at any time and go individually to the needs of your employees.
• Optimization and control of operational processes in the team
• Responsibility for the operational preparation and implementation of the portfolio strategy of management and special properties for the companies of the Schwarz Group
• Ensuring compliance with the specified budgets and regular reporting to your supervisors
• Responsibility for the creation and management of Intercompany contracts
• Economic and organizational responsibility for your task, including the audit of operating expenses and the release of cost budgets

Your profile:

• Successful degree in real estate management, real estate management or similar qualification
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in real estate management, ideally in portfolio management, property and/or rental management
• First leadership experience and knowledge in the success and results-oriented leadership and development of employees
• Structured, independent and on-time working, as well as personal commitment and reliability
• Safe appearance, team and communication skills and a high degree of flexibility
