In order to strengthen our team, the following indefinite body shall be placed in the Personnel department: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Number 6112 50 % part-time The Human Resources Department is a central body in the administration of the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. The team of about 18 employees supervises all university members in all personnel matters. As part of your work as a staff consultant, you are in close contact with the departments and faculties as a contact person.

Own-responsibility of a defined group of employees from entry to exit, including advice from employees and managers on all personal and collective questions Support for staff management, in particular in the calculation of personnel costs, as well as the ongoing maintenance and updating of the job and occupation overviews Close and trusting cooperation with staff council, university management and executives Care and evaluation of personal data, compilation of statistics and reports (e.g. for key figures, gender equality reports, job plans) as the basis for personal economic decisions Active participation in projects for the further development and digitization of the personnel processes and for the optimization of workflows in the personnel department

Completed university studies (Bachelor), preferably in business administration, administrative sciences, human resources management or a comparable degree course with a personal economic reference Knowledge of collective bargaining in the public service, in particular the TV-L, including pay regulations and classification principles Self-employed, structured and careful working and high self-initiative Teamability, resilience and flexibility Fast detection of complex processes Routinized handling of the currently industry-standard computer solutions
