ServiceDesk: First contact person in 1st level support; Acceptance, classification and processing of requests in the ticketing system. Client Management: Installation, configuration and management of terminals (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and control of the software distribution by means of MDM. Complete training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable technical qualification. Safe handling of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications and current hardware. Experience in handling ticketing systems and remote support tools. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and network structures. Embossed service orientation ('Hands-on-Mentalität'), patience in user consulting and team skills. German knowledge at level C1 or higher. Driving class B required.
