A dynamic environment with varied activities awaits you. ### Your tasks You are responsible for personnel for project managers:inside and coordinated electronics:inside at the Stuttgart site. ️ You are responsible for photovoltaic production, electric pre-production for heat pumps and service inserts for existing customers. You analyze and optimize processes to ensure smooth project execution. You agree with network operators and find individual solutions for special technical cases. You are responsible for structured stakeholder management and work closely with other specialist departments. You promote the professional and personal development of your employees. ### Your profile MONITORING You have a completed training in electrical engineering. You have a completed training as a craftsman in electrical engineering or as an industrial master, including TREI. You bring several years of professional experience in the construction field and have already gained first leadership experience. ⚡️ You have experience in coordinating with network operators and ideally know-how in the field of photovoltaics and heat pumps. You convince yourself with a hand-on mentality and move safely into dynamic structures.
