Coordinator of Work Preparation / Order Center (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for an ambitious

Responsibility for the order control centre Creation, maintenance and optimization of work plans and schedules Installation and maintenance of parts master data as well as ensuring data quality in the ERP system Date monitoring of production orders and control of feedback and bookings Analysis of target/actual deviations and derivation of improvement measures Testing of design drawings with regard to optimization potentials for production Optimization of workflows

Complete technical vocational training in the metal, mechanical or production environment with further training to the technician or master or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in work preparation or production planning (preferably in machine and plant construction) Safe handling of an ERP system (ideally ProAlpha) and the common MS Office products REFA knowledge is desirable Good knowledge of English Organised and structured work
