Cross-company welding supervision (m/f/d)

In your role, you monitor the design during welding. You are responsible for the acceptance of work samples and assist in the quality of welding. You carry out and supervise training, welding and process testing. You take final inspections from the welded assemblies and monitor compliance with the occupational safety. You agree with personnel and specialist laws and, if necessary, construction supervisors/customers. The technical clarification with the design as well as the technical support for quality topics is your responsibility. In addition, schedule and organizational shopfloor events with upstream and downstream structures are held.

You bring a completed vocational training in a technical profession focusing on welding technology. You have experience in welding shipbuilding or steel constructions and as a welding supervisor. You have an additional training to the welding specialist according to DVS-IIW 1170 and the qualification VT 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712. You are characterized by professional ethics and a pronounced understanding of the rules and processes. You are able to work independently and to initiate and support other employees. Good organizational skills and responsibilities complete your profile. You are ready to work in the 3-layer system.
