To strengthen our Finance & Controlling team, we are looking for Head of Finance & Controlling (w/m/d)

In this key position, you are responsible for the strategic and operational financial management of our company. You ensure transparency, stability and compliance and act as a close Sparring partner of the management and the departments. At the same time, ensure compliance with AETNA Group's corporate governance and reporting standards. Overview of your tasks Financial strategy & corporate governance Development and implementation of the financial strategy together with the management Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Further development of reporting and control instruments Creation of meaningful management reports incl. KPI analyses and recommendations for action Controlling Implementation of target-actual analyses, cost and profitability analyses Further development of cost and performance accounting Support for Business Cases, Investment and Economic Accounts Ensuring transparency over industrial cost structures Financial accounting & financial statements Responsibility for principal, debitor and creditor accounting Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB (IFRS of advantage) Ensuring compliance with all tax and legal requirements Ordinary accounting and documentation Corporate Reporting & Governance Group reporting according to AETNA requirements Creation of deviation and cause analyses Implementation of Group-wide risk and governance guidelines Liquidity, taxes & risk management Responsibility for liquidity planning, cash flow management and financing Cooperation with banks, tax advisors and auditors Management of financial risks and credit and credit management Strategic projects & leadership Participation in Group-wide projects and M&A activities Professional and disciplinary leadership of the financial and controlling team Promotion of digitalization, process optimization and efficiency enhancement

Completed studies of business, finance or comparable Multiannual leadership experience in an industrial company Very good knowledge of HGB, controlling methods and financial processes Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP FI/CO) and BI tools Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking Impressed communication and decision strength Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian of advantage
