The German Social Association (SoVD) is a non-profit association with over 180,000 members in the Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein. The SoVD is a social, humanitarian and social-political self-help organisation that is committed to the democratic and social rule of law. For more than 100 years the association has been committed to social justice. We support our members competently on social consulting and care issues. At a total of 16 consulting centres as well as in our local office, more than 160 employees work hard to accompany people in challenging situations of life. Our experts advise comprehensively on social matters and are particularly helpful in the application and enforcement of claims against authorities. Our work focuses on pension, health, accident and nursing insurance as well as on the law on the seriously handicapped. You are responsible for designing and implementing projects for the digitization of various processes You are responsible for the design and development of the IT infrastructure You manage IT systems, user accounts, access permissions and licenses You will process basic questions of use, organization, control and maintenance of hardware and software You guide user advice, training and IT support You conduct the control of external service providers You support ongoing IT operation and user support You are responsible for the administration of jobs, user accounts, access rights and terminals You carry out the technical support of digitalization projects in different fields

You have completed training in IT, for example as a specialist in system integration, IT system electronics company or a comparable qualification Alternatively, you have comparable practical experience in IT operations, IT support or system administration You provide good knowledge in the administration of jobs, user accounts, access rights and end devices Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft 365, cloud services, mobile device management or modern device management You work structured, carefully, independently and solution-oriented You like to work in the team, show their own initiative and enjoy actively shaping digitalization processes
