Our mandate is a successful family business in the food sector for decades (about 500 employees), which continues to grow healthy and sustainable. Within its product segment, our mandate is known as a designated specialist. For this future-proof medium-sized company, we are looking for an exclusive and unlimited application manager (m/w/d). In this newly created key role you actively shape the development of application management. You document and structure processes, develop the application landscape and coordinate external partners. At the same time, you are a link between IT and disciplines, making clear structures.

Responsibility for the support and further development of central corporate applications Recording, documentation and optimization of processes (e.g. in purchasing, sales, production, warehouse, accounting) Supporting projects such as system migration, upgrades and introduction of new applications Coordination of external partners and close cooperation with internal departments Change Management Support: Bringing employees, accompanying training, creating transparency Independent optimization of processes and IT processes on site

Multiannual experience in application management or in handling ERP/business systems Good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes Experience in IT/software projects (introduction, migration or upgrade of applications) Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in winning people for changes Structured mode of operation, hand-on mentality and loadability
