Tasks and activities

• The real estate service is responsible for the management of buildings and rooms as well as for the construction and rental management. Here you support the organization unit

in all administrative tasks, you check in particular invoices and create cash orders. • You conduct measures of rental management incl.

carry out order maintenance and initiate small repairs and maintenance work. You will also process deficiencies and performance disorders. • You

Requirements

• a completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector) • as an alternative a middle education and a minimum of two years
