Reference number: a0tbI00000aa48cQAA Appropriate lacquering / coating of components made of aluminum, steel and stainless steel according to technical drawings as well as varnishing regulations Preparation of workpieces and surfaces by cleaning, grinding, masking, primer and further pretreatment measures Operation, monitoring and maintenance of modern paint systems and the necessary tools and tools Implementation of quality controls of the coated components including post-processing as required Exit control with inspection of paint defects and ensuring the required quality standards Use in varied projects for customers from mechanical engineering, rail vehicle construction, commercial vehicle industry and other industrial sectors Compliance with all applicable work, environmental and safety regulations

Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, painter and painter, process mechanic for coating technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience as a vehicle and/or industrial painter (m/w/d). Experience in surface processing of various materials (e.g. aluminum, steel and stainless steel) is advantageous. Precise, careful and quality-conscious operation as well as safe handling of technical drawings and painting regulations. High level of responsibility, reliability and flexibility. Impressed quality awareness as well as customer and solution-oriented working methods. Ready to work in the 2-layer system.
