Technical, strategic and economic management of the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology You ensure excellent radiological diagnostics as a central element of modern, interdisciplinary patient care and continuously develop them, taking into account scientific innovations, digitization and future supply structures You are responsible for the entire spectrum of diagnostic and interventional radiological and neuroradiologic procedures at the highest medical level and design partnership with clinical disciplines as a key success factor for interdisciplinary top medicine Expansion and further development of interdisciplinary cooperations within the Helios HSK Wiesbaden, the Cluster Wiesbaden-Main-Taunus and with external cooperation partners, among others as a second opinion center within the framework of lung cancer screening Promoting an excellent training, development and further training of the medical and non-medical team, including the management and further development of the MTR school located at the institute, as well as sustainable further development of the institute as an attractive training and work site

Recognition as a specialist (m/w/d) for radiology, with focus on neuroradiology You bring together a proven expertise in diagnostic and interventional radiology and neuroradiology, which sustainably strengthens the range of services offered by the institute and enables the further development of clinical priorities You have many years of activity in responsible leadership and combine medical excellence with strategic and economic thinking. Experience in managing economic processes and budget responsibility is advantageous Wide expertise in quality, cost-effectiveness and processes of a radiological department with control of budget and investment as well as development of networks You understand how to inspire people, develop talents and live a culture of cooperation, innovation and self-responsibility You convince as an integrative leader with a strong communicative competence, entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and keenness to decide and promote a trusting, interprofessional cooperation with all professional groups A habilitation or equivalent scientific qualification or corresponding scientific achievements are desirable Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
