Customer support & order coordination: Direct contact person for customers from industrial and plant engineering and organization of the timely implementation of orders

Operational execution: Own-sponsored support of the entire order process – from order acceptance to the creation of transport documents and loading lists to the optimization of container utilization

Process support: Active support of performance creation through targeted maintenance and communication of customer orders

Commercial Examinations: Certified Examination of Invoices and Creation of Output Bills

System & master data management: Reliable maintenance and updating of relevant data in internal and external systems

Transport Disposition: Efficient Disposition of Containers and Conventional Load in Road Transport

Document management: Reliable booking of internal and external documents (e.g. shipping documents, input invoices) as well as managing loading and distribution lists

Training & Qualification: Complete professional training (e.g. in the field of logistics, wholesale and foreign trade or industry) or a comparable qualification

Professional experience: First detectable experience and successes in commercial order processing and customer support

Customer orientation: Service-oriented appearance and joy in dealing with business customers

Industry knowledge (required): First insights into logistics, packaging solutions, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical environment

IT knowledge: Funded handling of the MS Office package (especially Excel); Experience with common ERP systems (e.g. SAP or comparable systems) is advantageous

Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing for smooth communication

Personal strengths: Embossed communication skills, high self-initiative as well as reliable and team-oriented working

Attractive remuneration: €42,000 to €50,000 gross/year, depending on qualification and professional experience
