You ensure that our SAP system landscape remains stable, safe and sustainable. Design as an IT coordinator:in SAP BC & Cloud our technical base is actively involved!

You coordinate our SAP basic topics in close cooperation with our service providers and specialist departments incl. Monitoring, escalation management and SLA monitoring. You enter our SAP systems and interfaces in ongoing operation – focusing on stability and performance. You are responsible for our transport management in SAP, planning, controlling and carrying out changes in our system landscapes. You take the administration of users and permissions – on-premise as in the cloud. You'll first and plead our system documentation for SAP operation so that everything can be traced even in case of emergency. You actively contribute to our IT projects – from preparation to technical implementation to documentation.

completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist informatics:in, computer sciences/wife) or technical study commission; alternative multi-year practical experience in SAP system support Very good knowledge of IT architectures and system landscapes Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions (e.g. SAP BTP) and common SAP modules Experience with SAP system landscapes – on-premise and in the cloud Understanding SAP Release Cycles, Transportation and Test Processes Know-how in user and authorization management Very good German and stylistic knowledge of English in word and writing Embossed problem-solving competence and technical analytical skills Communication strength to mediate between IT, service providers and specialist areas Structured and solution-oriented operation and reaction strength in critical problems Interest in new developments in the SAP environment Ready for occasional operations outside the core working hours (e.g. for rollouts)
