Responsible administrative support for third-party projects (national/EU) in the scientific field Creating mid-calls as well as interim and use evidence Support in application and budget planning Budget monitoring of projects Creation, testing and maintenance of research contracts in the contract management system Advising project management on funding opportunities (e.g. BMBF, DFG, EU) Administrative monitoring of external audits in the third-party area

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience required in accounting and beneficial in third-party funding Microsoft Office contact routiniert, SAP skills are welcome You communicate safely in German and English – oral and written You work structured, carefully and with high quality standards On you is leaving and you will also keep an overview on several topics
