Leadership, control and further development of the central QM processes for all works of Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte GmbH & Co. KG Group Planning and execution of regular QM meetings with the QM managers of the sites Building and further development of a central specification Creation and collection of suppliers–documents (referencies, specifications and quality certificates) Processing of customer requests Training of employees in the works in the master data management of LIMS Qualifax Implementation of internal audits at the individual locations of the F+S Group Accompanying certification assessments, customer audits and audits from the veterinary authorities at the sites in Germany Construction and maintenance of an internal reporting system QM with meaningful key figures

Complete study of nutritional sciences, food technology or laboratory master with professional experience in quality management Experience in performing audits / as an auditor in the food industry Experience in the dairy industry/food industry is an advantage Certain and flexible operation Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe handling of Office applications
