Application Manager / System Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the configuration and operation of our Contact Center platforms, supporting technical and professional development, conducting technical and technical integration tests and integrierst solutions into the existing IT system landscape. You always note architectural guidelines, security guidelines and regulatory requirements. System disorders You follow structured: You are monitoring the platforms, analysing Incidents, identifying causes and guiding sustainable improvement measures in the context of incident, problem and change management. You can also keep our documentation and operating manuals up to date. You recognize automation possibilities and vulnerabilities in the field of network and security technologies and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes in line with the IT strategy. In cooperation with external service providers and stakeholders, you are always professional and trusting, shaping forward-looking solutions together and representing the interests of our company. With your agile mindset, you promote the agile way of working, converge in communities and guilds, and actively pass on your knowledge, for example by performing workshops or internal lectures.

You have a completed study or a comparable training in the field of computer science or Information technology and brings relevant professional experience. You will bring comprehensive experience in the technical and technical design of work goods routing and work goods control processes and provide sound knowledge in voice and non-voice routing. Your expertise includes network security and IT infrastructure; You also have practical experience in cloud environments as well as in the automation of complex configuration deployments. You have experiences in the integration of SaaS solutions. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2) complete your profile.
