Internship Training Organization / Aptitude Diagnostics - Personnel Development (f/m/d)

Do you want to actively support the Assessment Center Organisation / Suitability Diagnostics and further expand your expertise? Then you can choose from May 1 or from May 1 June 2025 at the Berlin site for half a year: You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of potential analysis methods, such as Assessment Center. On site you will attend large training events, perform the result documentation of the process participants and prepare conferences. You coordinate training documents and take general agreements with different stakeholders. You accompany internal (HR) processes/projects in the field of suitability diagnostics. The creation of evaluations over several financial years, the clear preparation in the form of PowerPoint presentations as well as the presentation & presentation of results e.g. in team meetings also falls into your task area.

For an internship in the field of training organization/personal diagnostics in potential recognition, you are studying (economic)psychology, adult/economic education, economics, (economic) informatics or a comparable field of study, ideally focusing on staff and at least three completed semesters. Ideally, you have first experiences in the organization of training, training and seminars or knowledge from the hotel industry, for example through internships, training or practical projects as part of your studies. You have a very precise and conscientious way of working. In your past practice experience, you have already demonstrated your own responsibility and a sense of duty. You are safe to use the current MS Office applications. You want to be part of a great team and successfully tackle challenges together. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your qualifications.
