You learn to build and configure IT systems for our customers – from notebook to PC and Thin Client to servers and network switches.

You work with our Factory Services workshop and install hardware components (e.g. RAM, SSD, power supplies, PCI cards), install operating systems (Windows, Linux, IGEL) and play customer profiles.

You use modern deployment and management solutions such as Matrix42, Baramundi, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot or SCCM/MECM to automatically roll out and update devices.

In case of malfunctions, you analyze errors systematically, use diagnostic tools and help to limit and troubleshoot clients, servers and networks.

You document your work in our systems and make sure that jobs are comprehensible and auditable.

During your training, you support customer projects (e.g. rollouts, hardware refresh, location relocations) and work closely with logistics and other teams.
