Your future team: The Department of Prevention supports the joint legal tasks of all accident insurance providers in the field of prevention (§ 14 para. 4 SGB VII and the Statute of the DGUV). It bundles strengths of members, the DGUV and its partners in the prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health hazards and ensuring effective first aid. It also coordinates and promotes the networking of all relevant actors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the associated tasks in prevention. Your tasks: As part of the management of the Education and Health Unit, you are responsible for the work organisation, personnel use and the technical and technical management of the tasks: (m/w/d), learners in vocational education and training and students visiting educational institutions as well as teachers Transport safety education Inclusion in educational institutions Your further tasks include: Strategic development (in coordination with department management) Participation in specialist bodies of the DGUV and, where appropriate, its management and representation of the interests of the law. Accident insurance in bodies (non-) state institutions Management and further development of cooperation with other actors in the field of educational institutions, in particular with the Minister of Culture and other social services Accompanying and organizing specialist events, projects, lectures and publications

Completed academic degree (Master or Diploma) of health, nature, social, work, education, law, administration, business, political or engineering sciences or medicine or equivalent knowledge and experience Multiannual professional experience in prevention and occupational safety, as well as in committee work in the field of preventive policy Understanding social and economic relations Leadership and social competence (with particular attention to the reconciliation of work and family as well as the active implementation of the concept of inclusion) Expertise and experience in the relevant topics are desirable Very good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages) readiness to regular, sometimes multi-day, missions
