Controller Europe (m/w/d) Pfungstadt | Full time | International environment Do you want to actively shape Finance and control Europe-wide controlling processes? Then, as a controller Europe (m/w/d), you play a central role in our international finance team. In this position, you are responsible for the financial management of several European companies and work closely with the global headquarters and local business units.

Financial Planning & Analysis Creation and coordination of budgets, forecasts and medium-term planning for several European countries Analysis of plan/actual deviations including action recommendations Supporting strategic decisions through sound financial analyses Reporting & Consolidation Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) Consolidation of European financial data Further development and standardization of reporting standards Business Controlling Implementation of cost, profitability and cost-effectiveness analyses Identification of optimization and saving potentials Support for international projects and investment decisions Compliance and Processes Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and internal guidelines Cooperation with internal and external audits Optimization and digitization of finance and controlling processes Working with ERP and BI projects (e.g. Infor)

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration with focus on Finance/Controlling Multiannual professional experience in international controlling Experience with Group Structures and US Reporting Very good knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel German and English skills Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Readiness to travel within Europe (about 20%)
