Westfleisch is one of the leading meat marketers in Germany and Europe. The company slaughters, disassembles, processes and refines at nine locations in northwest Germany. 40 percent of the products are exported to 40 countries worldwide. Conduct and document operational hygiene controls Monitoring compliance with legal and internal requirements Document steering and management of quality-relevant documents Updating and creating QM documents (AA, processes, checklists) Implementation and maintenance of HACCP analyses Preparing, performing and reproducing audits (system, standard, customer, internal audits) Monitoring veterinary checks Documentation and tracking of deviations and measures (CAPA)

Complete study of food technology or comparable qualification Secure handling of MS-Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Self-employed, structured and targeted Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Analytical understanding of quality-relevant processes and hygiene standards Team and communication skills in dealing with different disciplines High quality and responsibility
