As a safety engineer*in with a focus on work protection software, you connect the digital development of work protection with operational tasks of safety management. You take on the implementation of safety-related consultations and missions to ASiG, document the results and develop practical solutions and support proposals for managers and departments. You take over the overall responsibility for the introduction and operation of the work protection software in all divisions and central areas of the Stadtwerke Group, identify the requirements of the software modules and ensure compliance with the law, taking into account data protection and operating agreements. You accompany the tendering, introduction and configuration of the software, carry out training for the users and control updates and the ongoing operation of the systems. You will be able to analyse, digitize existing processes of occupational safety and create practical templates for users. You support the specialist departments in the use of the software, advise on legal requirements and ensure the continuous optimization of the work protection processes.

You have a master's degree with a focus on occupational safety, safety technology or engineering, ideally you will also bring a qualification as a specialist for occupational safety or you will be willing to acquire it. You have experience in project management, the practical implementation of occupational safety requirements within the organization and the design of work safety processes for the introduction and imaging of these processes in a work protection software. You are characterized by very good analytical and conceptual skills, work structured and self-employed and have strong team and communication skills.
