We are looking for an experienced personality that designes complex digital omnichannel and AI applications as well as modern working environments – focusing on experience maps, task models, personas, design thinking, agentic automation and AI-based UX flows. As part of your activity, you will develop Experience Maps, Task Models and Personas to fully reflect user needs. You use Design Thinking to solve problems structured, user-centred and experimentally. You will also design AI-assisted interactions, Agentic Workflows and UX-Patterns for AI agents (e.g. for autonomous tasks, context understanding or multi-step decisions). You carry out user research and usability tests and validate AI-based journeys. In addition, you develop our design system – including patterns for AI assistance functions. You also coach teams with experience mapping, design thinking and AI-based UX.
You have a degree in human-computer interaction, UX, engineering sciences with a focus on human factors or a comparable qualification or practical experience. You will also bring 6–8 years of professional experience in the field of UX Engineering to senior levels. You have deep expertise in Experience Maps, Task and Interaction Models, Design-Thinking Methods and Personas. In addition, you have experience in the design of AI interactions, intelligent assistants or agentic automation flows. You convince with pronounced communication and moderation capabilities and make decisions safe and sound. Language and English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
