Group Leader Policy Planning and Action Management (m/f/d)

You guide the team’s policy planning and action management professionally and disciplinaryly – with clear orientation, development of employees and mandatory task management You translate our network strategy into concrete planning principles for saving electricity, gas, water and heat You develop our long-term network planning with a view to security of supply, energy transition, economy and regulatory requirements You plan and tax budgets, resources and priorities in close coordination with the fields of network strategy, network management and adjacent disciplines You evaluate technical, economic and regulatory risks, such as network bottlenecks, transformation needs or new infrastructure requirements You control projects to introduce new technologies, processes and standards for efficient and future-proof supply networks You communicate with internal decision-makers:insides, departments, municipalities and external partners

Master's degree in technical, scientific or economic science, ideally related to energy, infrastructure or supply networks experience in network planning or development, infrastructure planning, asset management or a comparable technical environment First leadership experience is helpful – it is crucial for us, however, that you have the pleasure of giving people orientation, enabling self-responsibility and making a binding decision Strategic thinking and operational implementation strength: You can translate long-term goals into concrete measures, structures and priorities Structured, forward-looking working and joy in bringing themes forward by their own initiative Communication strength in dealing with different interests – internally and externally Technical curiosity and willingness to work on future topics of the supply networks
