Due to the close cooperation in the team and the requirements of the position, regular presence on site in Ulm is required. At MARVECS in Ulm you will find an exciting position in IT support, where you can support our internal and external teams in technical questions and problems. You are the first IT contact point, solves problems quickly and efficiently and contributes to the smooth running of our IT infrastructure. You have the opportunity to introduce your technical know-how, constantly develop and work in a great team. Your tasks on site: 1st level support, telephone troubleshooting, prioritization and recording in the ticket system Error analysis and fault elimination Installation, configuration and provision of notebooks, iPads & iPhones Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Administration User Account Management for various systems Takeover of partial project responsibility Creating documentation and instructions Participation in the introduction of new IT systems and processes Close cooperation with external service providers

Your profile: Successfully completed training as a specialist or comparable degree First professional experience Solid expertise in IT Service Embossed service orientation, team skills and readiness Good knowledge of Windows 10,11 and Office Knowledge with iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) Joy in telephone support and good communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinking German language skills in word and writing Procurement and management of IT equipment Experience in handling a ticket system, Office365, Azure AD and Mobile Device Management desirable
