As a Service Account Manager (m/w/d), you will independently meet our customers, identify their needs and develop suitable service solutions. With your negotiation skills and your consulting skills, you are committed to long-term customer relationships and are actively contributing to the company's success. Customer Care & Consulting: You will advise and advise your associated customers on their own and will assist them as a reliable contact person - always in close coordination with our new machine distribution. Demand analysis & solution development: Through regular exchange, you recognize the requirements and challenges of your customers and develop customised service solutions. Customer visits & relationship management: You are on site with your customers, care for personal contact and ensure high customer satisfaction. Sales of service products: Whether individual services or customized service packages - you actively present and sell our services. Technical clarification & offer creation: You answer technical questions, clarify warranty issues, first individual offers and conduct independent contract negotiations. CRM & Documentation: You document all relevant customer processes structured in the CRM system and thus ensure transparent traceability.

Experience & expertise: completed commercial or technical training/study and professional experience in sales, customer service or service management, ideally in the mechanical and industrial sectors. Technical understanding: knowledge in the clarification of technical questions, offering and contract negotiation, as well as safe handling of CRM systems. Customer & Sales Orientation: Strong consulting competence, communication skills and negotiation security with a focus on sustainable customer retention. Self-employed & structured work: High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and team capacity for close coordination with internal departments. Travel readiness & language skills: readiness to regular customer visits as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
