We are looking for you as a dedicated personnel expert payroll / Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) (40 hours) – someone who supports our HR team with accuracy, reliability and good experience with payroll outsourcing and time recording systems. compilation, testing and timely transmission of all billing-relevant data to our external payroll service provider Quality assurance of the supplied data and plausibility checks of the monthly pay bills Care and administration of accounting information in our HR systems Maintenance of personal master files and digital personal files Support for the time economy Creation of commission calculation and monthly evaluations Internal and external contact for social insurance and tax issues Participation in annual accounts (e.g. reports, provisions, audits) Participation in specialist projects, support in the optimization and digitization of our accounting processes

Successfully completed tax or commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional qualification in personnel Professional experience in payment accounting Experience in dealing with a pay settlement system and an electronic time management system Knowledge of social security, pay tax and labour law Precise, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and joy at coordination with different interfaces Confidentiality and a high sense of responsibility Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Good knowledge of German and English
