Introduction, accompaniment and further development Supported communication throughout the company Consultation and support of users with disabilities, social pedagogical colleagues and relatives Development, provision and adaptation of diverse, multimodal communication and information systems individual demand determination using suitable diagnostic models and questionnaires Individual and group promotion, for example in the talc group Documentation of funding processes and development steps Planning and implementation of internal training on Supported Communication close cooperation with internal and external experts Construction and maintenance of cooperations, networks and professional public relations

On behalf of our customer Variant gGmbH, we are looking for an employee in the specialist service Supported Communication (m/w/d) Your profile: (m/w/d), completed study of social education, social work, medical education or a comparable qualification Additional qualification in the area Supported communication or the willingness to acquire it Experience in working with people with disabilities or great interest in this field Joy in developing individual communication paths and strengthening self-determination creative, open and communicative personality with structured work Teamability, initiative and security in spontaneous everyday situations driving licence class B
