We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced billing nurse or medical assistant for our dental practice. The site offers a varied activity with a focus on billing and reception work.

We are looking for you to expand our team!

Your tasks:

• settlement of dental services with various accounting systems
• Creation and verification of invoices and accounting documents
• Communication with patients, colleagues and external partners (e.g. health insurance)
• Reception work: appointment management, patient care and telephone availability
• General office work and organization of practice
• Assistance in dental treatments
• implementation of prophylaxis measures
• supportive and complementary work of the dentist

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a medical specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience in the settlement of dental services
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and software
• Friendly and communicative personality
• Organising skills and team orientation
