The Innovation Communication team focuses on the communication of international, pioneering innovation topics of Mercedes-Benz research and development with locations around the globe. This includes the global network of Mercedes-Benz Innovation Centers and Open Innovation Platforms. The team’s theme ranges from “Future Materials” to “Future Technologies” and “Future Vehicles” (showcars and concept vehicles) to “Futurology” (future research). Examples are the communication around the impressive technology program Mercedes-Benz VISION EQXX, the “Mercedes-Benz Future Experience” where we give early insights into new groundbreaking research innovations or “Tomorrow XX”, our technology program for more sustainability.
Within the global communication of Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, the Technology Communications department is responsible for all strategic topics of electromobility and its ecosystem, autonomous driving and far-reaching security aspects, innovations & research, and the management communication of the Mercedes-Benz Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
