Your responsibility with us: Professional leadership of your shift (5-7 employees) in alternating shift (spring and late shift), including organisation, prioritization and further training of employees Ensuring a reliable machine park by planning, controlling and monitoring maintenance, inspection and maintenance work Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances, in particular on electronic, electropneumatic and PLC-controlled systems Implementation and monitoring of repairs, installations and assembly at our production facilities Coordination of foreign companies from deployment planning to assignment to quality and performance acceptance Management of replacement parts and services Participation in investment and improvement projects as well as the introduction of own ideas for optimizing processes, processes and technology
