Construction Supervisor (m/w/d)

The IC-L Ingenieur Consulting Langenhagen GmbH & Co. KG is a nationally and internationally active planning office, which has been planning and implementing major projects in industrial engineering for over 30 years. In this highly complex project environment, we offer all the performance phases of HOAI in the area of object and structural planning as well as general planner services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated/n and qualified person for our headquarters in Langenhagen near Hannover

You independently and safely monitor construction projects mainly in industrial construction according to HOAI, performance phase 8 object planning. You will participate in the creation of tenders, technical bidding and award proposals (phases 6 and 7). You take over the timing coordination of the execution companies as well as the other plants (TGA/ELT, etc.) and start schedules in coordination with the IC-L project management and the builder. You're running and logging construction meetings.

You are a responsible personality, think with & pack with and can quickly adapt to changing situation. It makes you enjoy working in the team and supplementing with your skills. Your meticulous, structured and conscientious way of working distinguishes you and with your binding and convincing way you always find the right sound. You can have a completed degree in engineering or architecture and have at least 5 years of professional experience in construction monitoring, preferably in industrial construction. You have good to very good knowledge in handling industry-standard tendering software, e.g. Orca and the Microsoft Office You're safe. The German language dominates you in a safe manner. Good knowledge of English would be beneficial.
