LHM Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the state capital of Munich and is responsible for the IT infrastructure of over 1,000 educational, care and sports facilities. It provides modern information and communication technology, maintains and develops it further and offers comprehensive IT service including consulting, support and training. The aim is to support pedagogical work through modern IT solutions and to enable future-oriented education for around 200,000 students in Munich. As a working student in the team of applications, you support the support and documentation of important systems such as ERP, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, HR tools and our school management app Technical cooperation in the development and optimization of existing applications Participation in analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation Participation in migration, rollouts and software updates Creation and maintenance of user manuals as well as technical documentation, which facilitates the work of others Searching for new functionalities and optimization options – fresh input is always welcome! Cooperation with product managers and IT departments in a motivated environment

You are currently studying and you want to translate theory into practice Curiosity for IT themes and desire to search into new tools and applications First experiences with web applications, cloud services or ticket tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) are a plus – but not a must. Fun on teamwork and finding solutions together Communication joy – whether when creating docuses or sharing with colleagues You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
