Digitization Consultant Temporary

SWK performs central tasks and services for its Group companies. Within the Digitization & IT staff office, a position is at the earliest possible time

• as a temporary maternity leave until 30.06.2027 - in full time (39 hours/week).

As a speaker digitization, you are the interface between the management of the staff office and the different contact persons of the companies of the Stadtwerke Köln Group. In addition to the content support (creating concepts, designing programs, etc.), your area of responsibility also includes organisational tasks such as preparing and implementing workshops and creating presentations. In addition, you are responsible for the initiation, monitoring and implementation of SWK's digitalization projects, in particular in the areas of process digitalization and automation, change management and information security.

You have completed their studies with the field of business information technology or a comparable qualification (focus: computer science, digital transformation, business/economics, project management) with first professional experience of three to five years. Cyber Security, Change Management, IT governance and artificial intelligence are not foreign words for you. In addition, you are safe to use Microsoft Tools (Teams, Power Automate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaborative digital tools and generative AI tools. Personally, you can convince us by your analytical and structured way of working, high self-motivation and resilience as well as a high degree of communicative and cooperative skills.
