Digitization Ensuring staff in all professional groups Responsibility of personnel and budget planning and regulation reporting Further development of the remuneration structure in close cooperation with the Management Board Responsibility for internal and external audits and regulatory requirements Creation and further development of operational rules (e.g. operating arrangements, work instructions) Co-operative cooperation with the Executive Board, all departments, employee representation as well as joint partners and service providers Your conditions: Complete study with focus on human resources management, BWL or labour law Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideal in the banking environment Further management skills of advantage Experience in employee management Knowledge of labour, social security, tax, business and collective bargaining Experiences in personnel cost planning and personnel controlling High social competence, negotiation skills and enforcement skills Embossed service and communication strength Sensitivity and a secure sense for people and situations Business thinking and acting Did we awaken your interest?
