As a trusted right hand of the clinic management, you support the management and further development of the clinic location and take over challenging coordination, analysis and project tasks. You prepare decision templates, presentations, analyses and evaluations and create transparency about relevant key figures and developments. You coordinate and accompany location-related projects, follow measures and ensure a structured implementation of agreed objectives. You implement processes and measures across the profession, coordinate cooperation between different areas and promote a smooth flow of information. You identify optimization potentials in processes and processes, develop pragmatic solutions and accompany their implementation. You independently perform special tasks and work on topics with high confidentiality and responsibility.
