Teamleiter Marketing (m/w/d)

Technical guidance and guidance:Responsibility for the direct technical guidance of the German programmer team in Osnabrück as well as for the leadership of the team leaders in the field of automation and their teams at the Liberec booths in the Czech Republic and Pune in India Ensuring the achievement of KPIs in terms of dates, costs and quality of work Development of processes and working standards for software production

Cross-departmental coordination:Annual cooperation with the mecha­nical construction and electrical construction Ensuring the feasibility of technical solutions through certain processes and communication

Cooperation with manufacturing:Procurement of frictionless cooperation with the manufacturing department during project realization

Service support:Enge cooperation with the service area to ensure efficient and frictionless support

Sales support:Consulting sales in evaluating customer-specific wishes and their technical feasibility Support in costing of customer-specific solutions

Strategic advice:Consulting management on issues relating to the strategic orientation of the product portfolio in the area of automation

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable quality Multiannual professional experience, ideally in mechanical engineering or in automation technology Experience with modern approaches in software production, such as V-Model, continuous integration, Agile etc. Ideally project or leadership experience in an inter­national environment and intercultural competence Knowledge of automation and project management Improved communication and team skills and a targeted working method Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travelling to our international locations (approximately 10% per year)
