Shift Supervisor Metal Production (m/f/d)

The plants will keep you in an operationally safe state by monitoring environmental, safety and quality standards and performing regular tours. Your team will guide you with clarity and responsibility, develop your employees in a targeted manner at their respective jobs and conduct annual discussions to sustainably strengthen performance, cooperation and individual development. You plan and control occupational safety instructions – including implementation, control and consistent implementation of all occupational safety requirements. You ensure cleanliness and order and thus create a safe, structured and efficient working environment. You use key figures specifically to control your area, analyze deviations and initiate improvements. In AOS activities and projects, you work with you and drive forward cross-disciplinary topics. Maintenance measures coordinate reliably – from the assignment to the vote to the control of the implementation. You will ensure the documentation of the processes by carefully creating and maintaining layer repeats, batch logs as well as orders, licenses and messages. Product quality check continuously and organize smooth workflows throughout operation. As a communicative link, you act sovereignly between management levels, departments and logistics, coordinate transport tasks and keep an eye on resources and resources.

A completed master's training in chemistry or a technical field forms the basis for your entry into this responsible position. Multiannual professional experience – ideally at least three years – allows you to safely control operational processes and make informed decisions.
