Strengthening sales and consulting processes: you are working on central and strategic questions about our sales and consulting processes and thus actively contribute to the further development of strong sales support. To develop the future, you will develop our sales and consulting applications professionally – targeted, user-oriented and with a clear focus on the needs of our sales partners. Responsibility: You are a (partial) project manager:in exciting sales projects, you can control themes yourself and help to continuously optimize our applications. Designing committee work effectively: You manage our sales body in a self-professional manner – from the structured preparation to the professional preparation. Connecting interfaces: You act as an important bridge between internal and external services and understand the concerns of both sides – for frictionless processes and strong cooperation. Impetus: You bring your own ideas, identify optimization potentials and actively shape changes.

Introducing knowledge: You have a completed economic knowledge study or a comparable qualification – the ideal basis for your success with us. In addition to the knowledge of active customer counselling, You bring professional experience from an insurance company. In solutions, you will be pleased to rethink existing processes, to accompany changes positively and to create noticeable improvements. Show initiative: In projects, you are actively involved, take responsibility, and always provide valuable impulses.
