As part of HR, our team advises on all labour and collective issues and works closely with works councils and external law firms. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated legal experts:inside with interest in labour law. During your station you will get a practical insight into the work of our Employment Law & Labour Relations team. These include in particular: Support in the processing of individual and collective labour law issues Participation in the preparation and examination of work contracts, business agreements and additional agreements Research on current labour law issues and case law Preparation of opinions, proposals for decisions and presentations Support for participation and participation processes with works councils Support of HR Business Partners in all matters relating to labour law Accompanying external labour law procedures and cooperation with law firms Support for labour law due diligence in M&A processes

You have already successfully completed the first legal state examination, are in the legal department and are close to your legal or electoral office You bring a real interest in labour law, ideally you have already set this priority in your university compulsory examination In addition to your care and structured way of working, you also have good communication skills and friends at work in the team With MS Office you go safely and routined around, an affinity for artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus Your profile is rounded off by very good German and good English skills!
