Total responsibility for personnel planning, development, marketing, controlling and administration Collaborative and motivating management of staff with five employees Advising management and executives in all personal questions Active interface work with central areas and the HR network of the Malteser Management and participation in strategic projects for the production and integration of skilled workers Development and digitization of administrative personnel processes Design and promotion of value-oriented corporate culture Confidential cooperation with the employee representation (MAV)

Complete studies (e.g. psychology, law or business management) with a focus on staff or comparable, long-term professional experience Strength in process-oriented thinking and the establishment of qualitative and efficient processes Embossed IT affinity and joy in developing forms of digital cooperation Resilience and the ability to self-control Consultancy, decision-making and communication strength Knowledge of collective bargaining (AVR) and ecclesiastical labour law are desirable A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of our institution
